Check your spam or promotions folder first. The email comes from our payment provider and usually arrives within a few minutes. If it is not there, write to us from the address you used at checkout and we will send the link again.

The link to your library is in the email you received after buying. Open it and save it to your bookmarks. The library has every page to look at online, the PDFs to download and the Routine Builder.

Yes. Use the same link from your purchase email, as often as you need.

Yes, you can look through the pages and use the Routine Builder on a phone or tablet. To print, you need a device connected to a printer, or you can send the PDF to a print shop.

Use a current PDF reader, such as the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, or open the file in your browser. If one file still fails, download it again: the first download may have been cut short.

The page was scaled when it printed. Print again and choose “Actual size” or 100%, not “Fit to page”. The Start Here guide has a bar that should measure exactly 2 inches.

They are the same pages. Color has color-coded borders on the cards. Ink-Saver is grayscale with thin lines, for black-and-white printers or to save ink. You do not need both.

They are saved in the browser on the device you used, and nowhere else. If you clear your browser data or use another device, they will not be there. Print or save a board as a PDF if you want to keep it.

The license is for personal use in one household, so please do not pass on the files or the link to your library. You may print pages for people who look after your child, such as grandparents or a babysitter.
