These terms apply to this website and to the Autism & ADHD Routine Kit (the “Kit”), a digital product sold by (“we”, “us”). By buying or using the Kit you agree to these terms.
1. What the Kit is
The Kit is a set of PDF files with printable visual schedules, charts and picture cards for organizing daily routines at home. It is a digital download. No physical product is shipped.
2. Not professional advice
The Kit is an organizational tool. It is not therapy, a treatment, or medical, psychological, behavioral, educational or legal advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and we make no promise that using it will produce any particular result. It is not a substitute for the professionals who know your child. Always ask a qualified professional about any question concerning a child’s health, development or behavior. If anyone is in danger, call 911. In the US you can call or text 988 at any time.
3. Your license
When you buy the Kit we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download the files and to print them as many times as you need for use in your own household. You may not resell, share, upload, redistribute or sublicense the files, or use them in a product or service you sell. For classroom, clinic or other organizational use, contact us at .
4. Picture symbols and open licenses
The picture symbols in the Kit are from Mulberry Symbols, © Steve Lee, licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International license (CC BY-SA 4.0), available at creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that license gives you in those symbol images, including the adapted versions in the Kit. Section 3 applies to everything else in the Kit: the compilation, page layouts, board designs, text and our original icons, which are owned by . Mulberry Symbols and its author do not endorse the Kit.
5. Payment
The price is shown on the sales page before you pay. Payment is a one-time charge; there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which may act as the reseller and merchant of record for your purchase and may charge applicable sales tax. Its own terms apply to the payment.
6. Delivery
After payment you receive a link to download the files. If you do not receive it, contact us at and we will send it again.
7. Refunds
You can ask for a refund within days of purchase. See the Refund Policy.
8. Children
This website is for adults. It is not directed to children, and children should not buy from it or submit information to it.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Kit is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of this may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the Kit or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the Kit, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limits, so some of this may not apply to you.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you bought the Kit applies to that purchase.
